MOBILE UNITS OF HEAT-STEAM WATER

You can access at any time, and in a cheaper and fast way, at the boilers of CLIMO.

Inside our catalogue, you can have systems which power is between 35kw and 1.000kw per unit, for hot water production at +95ºC or for water steam production.

The units are made with elegant design, and works secure and with a very low-level of noise. All systems are modular and can be interconnected and adjusting to the need conditions of every case. All systems and components has been designed and produced specially for every machine, and with the objective of make mobile fast installations with a high level of security. This means, our systems are not standard machinery.

CLIMO boilers are made as machine control chambers, inside a chassis, with special floor, anticorrosive paintings, protection screens for natural ventilation, and an air extractor for forced cases of ventilation. The access to the control chamber is secured with a key-door locked. Inside the unit you can find a bomb system of two electrobombs for water circulation, which can be work one on one (impulsion and return), or two at a time (both directions).

Hydraulic circuit has an acumulator depot, made of stainless steel (with thermic protection), sectioning valves, pressure and temperature controls, etc. Inside the control chamber there's a fuel depot, which has an external access (key locked), with level indicator, to fuel the unit.

All the systems are managed electronically by a microprocessor, and has a system of inputs and outputs through SMS system. All AC/DC connections are separately connected through a magnetoterm switch, also having a general switch to the main power font. Electrical signals and machine state is controlled through a system of amprimeters, volt counters, phase indicator, time counter, and an automatic programmer START/STOP. All systems can be managed locally or remotely.
